Shamanism and Tengrism/Animism:

In Tengrism (meaning: The Eternal Blue Sky), all sentient beings (animals and plants) and all four elements Water, Fire, and Earth have consciousness.
Therefore, all should be taken care and respected, as the protection and balance of one’s environment is vital, so there is a personal responsibility on each one’s actions and thoughts. Balance is important to keep harmony within oneself, the community, and the environment. When things get out of balance, there are harmful effects.
This is when a Shaman is mostly needed:
